Take Your First Steps into Coaching

Introductory courses for ages 13+ that build confidence and core skills through short, practical training and live volunteering. Youth Sports Leaders, Junior Football Leaders and Introduction to Coaching Multisport provide a supported entry point into coaching, leadership, and community sport, with evidence that aligns to Duke of Edinburgh and GCSE PE.

For volunteers and coaches already delivering, our progression and specialist courses strengthen confidence, professionalism, and employability. From Multisport Coaching and Inclusion to Behaviour Management, First Aid at Work and Mentoring, these courses support people to lead, specialise, and progress within sport and community settings.

Multi-Sports Coaching Award – WM Region 2026/7

Gain an industry-standard Multi-Sports Coaching Award (worth £225) with CIMSPA-endorsed training, delivered by Coaches Club CIC. Perfect for coaches and volunteers working with young people, disability sport, schools, holiday camps and community clubs, this practical course builds your skills and confidence delivering safe, fun, inclusive multi-sport activity — with 16 places available per course, running at locations across the Black Country and beyond from late 2026 into 2027.

Reduced-cost places are prioritised for Gold & Silver Partner organisations and University of Wolverhampton students with a standard rate of £225.
